Course overview
This intensive study course composed of four sessions, is directed towards faculty members of departments of geriatrics and academic teachers planning a career in geriatrics or in medical gerontology. The course can also be attended by junior potential academic staff working in other fields (internal medicine, sub-specialties, biology) involving the ageing process and care of elderly people.
The program aims to increase scientific, clinical, educational and managerial competences in medical gerontology. A certificate will be issued by the European Academy for Medicine of Ageing after the successful conclusion of the four sessions.

COURSE FEE
Course cost: EURO 12,500.- diploma fee included, paid in 2 instalments.
This includes tuition, hotel accommodation and meals for the entire course (four weeks of five days).
Except for very serious personal or professional reasons, any cancellation prior to 2 months before the beginning of a session will be charged EURO 450.-.
Thereafter, a session fee of EURO 1,800.- will be charged.
